NIKE’s corporate information security team needed a security roadmap that connected application security, cloud controls, vulnerability management, and testing across a large Azure and AWS estate.

Security responsibilities spanned application delivery, cloud platforms, encryption and certificate management, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. The roadmap had to organize those domains into a practical sequence while improving visibility across more than 40 Azure and AWS subscriptions.

We developed a technology security roadmap for NIKE’s corporate information security team and integrated CloudWatch, Rapid7, and AlienVault across the cloud estate. The work connected strategic priorities with the platforms, controls, and operational information needed to execute them.

NIKE received a sequenced security roadmap covering the major application and cloud-security domains, supported by integrated monitoring and vulnerability tooling across more than 40 subscriptions. The result gave the security organization a clearer path from priorities to implementation.
